He was predeceased by: his parents, Leota Cash and Clyde Millard of Richmond Township; his parents-in-law, Hershel and Stella Leonard; and his grandson Tyler Millard.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Millard (Leonard); his brothers, Perry Millard (Mayme) and Charles Cash (Judy); his children, Sharon Millard, David Millard (Laurie) and Scott Millard (Lynne); his grandchildren, Craig Millard (Ashley), Lisa Millard, Nicole Forbes, Sydney Crawford (Jesus) and Emily Crouch (Kenny); and his great grandchildren, Mason Kalil, Harley Niemi, Faith Millard, Brantley Millard, Jay Millard, Colter Crawford and Kinsley Crouch.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pierpont Presbyterian Church (71 OH-7, Chesapeake, OH 45619). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
