We are sad to announce that on April 20, 2020, at the age of 86, Emmalu McIlwain (Pierpont, Ohio), born in Clarion, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Riker and Myrtle Riker (Logan); her husband Carl R McIlwain; her daughter Judy Forsythe (Frank); her grandson Michael Forsythe; and her siblings, James, Jack, William Riker, Ruth Giordano and Blanche Slates.
She is survived by: her former husband Eugene Latuk; her children, Dorie Latuk of Cleveland, OH, Linda Moening (Edward) of Tempe, AZ, Jerry Latuk of Pierpont, OH, Carl McIlwain (Donna) and Barb Boleratz (Don) of Andover, OH; her grandchildren, Matthew Boleratz, Sarah Klemencic (Josh), Timothy Boleratz, Brett McIlwain, Jonathan Moening, Tracy Kortje (Jared) and Melissa Kahl (Bill); her great grandchildren, Noah Kortje, Justin and Zachary Kahl; and her siblings, Roberta Gorring (Dave) of Erie, PA and William Luxon (Carol) of Clinton, PA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic & CDC guidelines, a Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
Memorial contributions are suggested for Andover United Methodist Church, c/o Food Pantry, P.O. Box 207, Andover, OH 44003 or the St. Paul's Eden Fund which funds special events, day trips, luncheons for the residents, and feeds the various in-house pets.
