It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlan M. Vines of Pierpont, Ohio, born in Oneonta, Alabama, who passed away on July 3, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Vines and Opal Vines (Butts); his sister Betty Helfer; and his niece Tonya Fultz. He is survived by: his wife Connie (Fortune); his children, Trevor (Clorice) and Stephanie; his grandchildren, Tyler (Amber), Cameron, Braydon and Zoe; his stepgrandchildren, Taylor and Justin; and his great grandchildren, Ella and Cali.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Shiners Hospital, 1645 West 8th Street, Erie, PA, 16505.
