He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Gustina and Emma Peccin Gustina; his wife Edna Catherine "Kate" Morgan Gustina; his son Tom Gustina; and his siblings, Olga West and Ugo Gustina.
He is survived by: his great grandchildren, Landon, Deacan, Natalie, Blayne, Paisley, Jackson, Knox, Bryce, Harper and Sadie; and his nephew Richard Gustina (Becky). He is also survived by three daughters.
