He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Lewis and Marjorie Lewis (Courtright); and his brother Roger Allen Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Lewis (Petty); his children, Randi Venables (Jeff) and Bill Lewis (Melissa); his grandchildren, Alexa Lewis, Will Lewis, Cayley Rich (Alec), Mia Lewis, Piper Gatto, Carron and Benjamin Venables; his great grandchildren, Krew Lewis and Cade Rich; his sister Melody Wyckoff; his aunts, Christine Strawser and Phyllis Courtright; his pet Tyson; and his niece Maureen Rose. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
