He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Warner and Louise Warner (Young); his siblings, Ronnie Burkey, Jerry Warner, Jack Warner and Sonnie Jones; and his brother-in-law Stephen Slane.

He is survived by: his wife Theresa Warner; his son Ryan Warner; and his siblings-in-law, Karen Taylor (Keith), Linda Wilkie (Larry) and Frank Slane. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
