He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Johnson, (Barrett) and Dale Johnson, Sr.; his siblings, Helen McFadden, Carol Mileusnich and Dale Jr.; and his son-in-law John Ritchey.
He is survived by: his son David (Devon); his wife Carolyn; his daughter Angie Ritchey; his grandchildren, Justin and Alyssa; his sisters, Liz Richards (Bill) and Mary Williams (Tom); his siblings-in-law, Gene Mileusnich, Janet Smith and Bob Smith; and his friends, Jack and Marla. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
