He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Willis and Hazel Willis (Haddox); his former wife Maxine; his siblings, John Robert "Bob" and June Kimes; his stepson James Davis Jr.; his siblings-in-law, Ruby Ann Metheney (Charlie), Michael Hansley, Bernie Bininger and Ron Harber; his parents-in-law, Ruby and Kenneth Hansley; and his nieces and nephews, Greg Metheney, Kirk Willis, Joyce Gibson and Robyn Willis.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon E. Willis; his daughters, Teresa Willis of Lancaster and Betty Jo Whitaker (David) of Oklahoma; his stepdaughters, Kim Bobbitt of Lancaster and Lisa Adams of Tennessee; his sister-in-law Beth Bininger of Lancaster; his friend Kail Secrest of Ohio; and his sister-in-law Anna Harber. He is also survived by four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
