It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas W. Smith (Pickerington, Ohio), born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away on September 25, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Patsy Smith; his children, Mark Smith (Sheri), Brad Smith (Cheryl) and Julie Decker (Dale); his grandchildren, Benjamin (Brittany), Amy, Mandy (Ian) and Kelsey; and his sister Marilyn Syfert.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his name to the American Lung Association or the American Heart Association.
