She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Oris and Carrrie Adkins; her sister Jody Adkins Cotton; and her aunts and uncles, John Haughn, Sam Adkins, Sally Adkins and Doris Rainey.
She is survived by: her husband Christopher Ensign; her daughter Keri Ensign; her brother Jack Rainey (Judy); and her siblings-in-law, Kim Ensign, Madonna Van Fossen, Maria Sulewski, Joel Ensign and Thomas Ensign. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
