He is survived by: his wife Annette; his children, Kim Poff, Stephanie Hackworth Smoot, Jenny Waldeck (Brant), Jason Hackworth (Tenley) and Doug VanBuskirk (Corenne); his siblings, Kathy Falcon, Jon Hackworth (Sandy) and Dan Hackworth (Debra); and his sisters-in-law, Callee Thomson (Gary) and Pat Biddle. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
