He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon P. Blevins and Betty Blevins (Sergent); his daughter Angela Robertson; his son-in-law Jarod Robertson; and his siblings, Kathy Reynolds and Ronald Blevins.
He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Blevins (Humphreys); his daughters, Amy Robertson (Lee) of Pickerington and Cynthia Baldridge (Jeremy) of Reynoldsburg; his grandchildren, Lance, Jansen Robertson (Macie), Courtney Robertson, Joshua Robertson, Jaden Robertson, Elijah Robertson, Anna Robertson and Landon Baldridge; his great grandchild Avery Barker; and his brothers, Jim Blevins (Janet) of Shelby, Bruce Blevins (Rosemary) of Shelby, Virgil Blevins (Melanie) of Shelby and Randy Blevins (Jennifer) of Bruno, WV. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
