He is survived by: his wife Diane Knode; his sons, Daniel Knode (Jessica) and Alec Knode (Teaonna); his grandchildren, Levi, Harrisyn Knode and Adysyn Wemmer; his parents, Dan Knode (Carol) and Constance Spence Bulger; his brother Chad Knode (Julie); his siblings-in-law, Cathy Zech (Kent), Julie Cibulskas (Kerry), Bill Root and Greg Root; and his mother-in-law Beatrice Root. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
