He is survived by: his parents, James Dean Layne and Beth Ann Gibson; his wife Melissa Layne; his children, Connor Layne and Addison Layne; his siblings, Bobby Glover (Eddwena), James Layne II (Kathleen) and Hollie Layne (John); his brothers-in-law, John Haning (Angie) and Ryan Eickstadt; his nieces and nephews, Tyrstan (Dan), Morgan, Riley, Gavin, Greyson, Phoenix, Draven (Mattie), Legend, Tru, Talon, Tanner, Holden, Michael, Kayla, Alexsandra and Jensen; his parents-in-law, Pam Eickstadt (Russ) and Jim Haning; his grandmothers, Betty Layne and Anna Hill; his uncle Jeffrey Hill; his aunt Saprina Stith; and his sister Amy Marie.
