He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Osborne and Fannie Osborne; his brothers, Gary and Joseph Osborne; his parents-in-law, James and Betty Lou Koll; his aunt Brookie Murray; and his brother-in-law Gary Reeder.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Osborne (Koll); his daughter Courtney Steele (Hans); his grandchildren, Ashley Childers and Cameron Wolfe; his siblings, Pat Nichols (Curt), John Osborne (Kathy) and Bert Osborne (Shelly); his sisters-in-law, Kim Reeder and Velena Osborne; his aunt Susie; his uncle Kelly Rulong; and his nephew Chris Reeder. He is also survived by other numerous nieces and nephews.
