He is survived by: his parents, Malania Loretta Perez and Richard Martinez Perez; his children, Dustin Harless, Phillip Perez (Autavia), Joseph Perez (Angela) and Sierra Perez; his grandchildren, Joseph Perez II, Xaiden Perez, Gabriel Perez, Arianna Perez and Mya Cooley; his siblings, Raven Coyote, Rudy Andrews (Lance), Loretta Douglas (Ralph) and Kenneth Morgan (Kim); his nephew Michael Stuckey; and his nieces, Samantha Howard, Breanna Gooday and Malania Perez. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
