With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rebecca S. Ety of Pickerington, Ohio, who passed away on December 22, 2024 at the age of 82. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rebecca S. Ety to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruce Orr and Bea Orr; her husband Ivan Ety; her brother Thomas E. Orr; and her parents-in-law, Russell and Ruth Ety.
She is survived by: her children, Betsy Alton (Rob) of Hilliard and Andy Ety (Mindy) of Baltimore; her grandchildren, Rachel Alton, Alison Ety and Austin Ety; her sister Emilie Hickman (Carl) of Florida; her siblings-in-law, Vera Kellner (Mike) and Russ Ety Jr.; and her nieces and nephews, Greg Hickman (Amy), Jeff Hickman, Kendra Vessey and Keri Culliver.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Christ United Methodist Church (700 S Main St, Baltimore, OH 43105).
