She is survived by: her son Steve (Denise Lantis) of West Chester, OH.; her grandchildren, Brad Lantis (Julie), Adam Lantis (Allie), Julie Ann Lantis (Alex), Christopher Lantis (Meggan) and Matthew Lantis (Rebecca); and her great grandchildren, Madison Lantis, Aiden Lantis, Tyler Lantis, Kyle Lantis, Carly Lantis, Cheyanne Lantis, Elise Lantis and Danielle Lantis.
