She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Bivens and Clara Bivens; her brothers, Richard Lee and Baby Boy Bivens; her grandchildren, Hunter Worrix, Sam Hall and Chelsie Arnett; and her parents-in-law, John and Hettie Worrix.

She is survived by: her husband Harold Worrix; her children, Terry Worrix (Cindy), Robin Arnett (Bill), Tim Worrix (Tracy), Beth Amburgey (Mike) and Carrie Sussex (Mark); her grandchildren, Eric Arnett, Thomas Arnett, Sarah Bring (Randy), Hayden Worrix, Kennedy Worrix, Anthony Amburgey, Kortney Worrix, Nathan Amburgey and Gracie Amburgey; her great grandchildren, Peyton Arnett, Cole Arnett, Hailey Arnett and Caleb Bring; and her siblings, Ed Bivens (Judy) and Mary Breece (John). She is also survived by many brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and dear friends.

Family suggests any memorial contributions be directed to the Pickerington Church of the Nazarene or Ohio Health Hospice.
