He is survived by: his parents, Danielle Budreau (Amy Lewis) and Seth D'Amato (Tonya); his half-sister Mia D'Amato; and his grandparents, Dan Budreau, Ann Budreau, Karen Ward, Larry Ward, Jennifer Stauffer, Ralph Rine and Diana Rine. He is also survived by uncles, and cousins.
