She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles R. Johnson, Jr. and Lillie Lee Peeples; her brother Anthony J. Johnson; her son Christopher M. Johnson; and her grandson Gino Johnson.
She is survived by: her son Dwayne M. Johnson (Tabatha) of Sandusky, OH; her brothers, Charles R. Johnson (Genelle), Frederick J. Johnson (Kimberly), Wayne E. Peeples (Victoria) and Jeffry L. Johnson (Cheryl) of Louisvillle, KY; her granddaughters, Bella Shyare and Gianna Johnson; her close friends, Ruby Stewart, Adrian McMillan and Christine Shapauski; and her nephew Sean Dulin. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Due to current COVID 19 restrictions, no more than 10 people will be allowed into the viewing at a time.
