With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Imogene Carpenter (Pickerington, Ohio), born in Ripley, West Virginia, who passed away on November 22, 2019 at the age of 77. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Randolph and Lauraine Randolph; and her sister Donna Carsey. She is survived by: her husband Harold Robert "Bob" Carpenter; her children, Deborah Meadows (Roger), Karen "Sue" Taylor (Troy) and Donald Carpenter (Katherine); her grandchildren, Kelli, Brittany, Madeleine, Danielle and Seth; her brother-in-law Larry Carsey; and her friend Sharon Burris. She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
