He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Fall and Lenore Jividen Hook; his stepfather Joseph A. Hook; and his brothers, Joseph Hook and Robert Hook.
He is survived by: his wife Dawn Fall; his children, Hannah Fall and Nathan Anderson; his siblings, Steve Fall (Mitzi), Jim Hook and Margie Echko (Al); his mother-in-law Marty Shortland; his sister-in-law Kathy Hook; and his friends, Bill Yuskovic, Larry Hicks and Mike Ginaven. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Masks are required in the funeral home and social distancing must be observed.
