He was predeceased by: his parents, James Baltazar and Jane Baltazar (Laird); and his sister Gerri Cavender. He is survived by: his wife Tina Baltazar; his children, Sasha Baltazar, William Price (Chelsea) and Vincent Pritchard; his grandchildren, Tyana, Dylan, E'Mauria, E'Niyah, Brenton, Luke and Olivia; his brother Jim Baltazar (Laura); and his pets, Mikey, Donnie and Willie.
In lieu of flowers, the family will honor Jeff by collecting money to donate to his company TS Tech to buy toys from Jeff for their toy drive in December for Toys for Tots.
