She was predeceased by: her parents, Daine C. Maxwell Sr. and Olive Linscott Maxwell; her husband William D. Palmer; and her brothers, Daine C. Jr. and Gailen W. Maxwell.
She is survived by: her son Kelly Palmer; and her sister Wanda V. Weddle of Frederick Md. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great- and great-great-nieces and nephews.
