He was predeceased by: his former wives, Vicki Noble and Kathleen Whitley; and his brother Michael Basbagill. He is survived by: his significant other Linda Teeters; his partner's children, Josh Truex (Nancy) and Molly Truex (Rolla McCandless); his children, Brent Basbagill (Amber), Abby Basbagill (Jesse Bartz) and Timothy Basbagill; and his stepchildren, Stephen Whitley (Andrea) and Michelle Whitley (Dave Lehman). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, brothers and sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews.
