She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Wesoloski and Katherine Wesoloski; and her husband Andrew A. Putz. She is survived by: her son Andrew Putz (Bernadette) of Pickerington, OH; her granddaughter Elizabeth Putz; and her friend Margaret Jarmolowski. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
