He is survived by: his wives, Phyllis Jean Turner and Lynda Ellen Hicks; his parents, Marden Todd and Eleanor Todd; his brother Dayton M. Todd; his children, Randy Todd (Jennifer) and Brenda Borgan (Garey); his stepchildren, Susan Savoia (Ron) and Michael Woodyard (Marichu); his grandchildren, Joel (Cortney), Jill, Kyle, Erin, Alex, Gina, Carolyn, Sam, Mariel and Mark; his great grandchild Sumner; his siblings, Marlene Bolyard, Beth Livermore (Chuck) and Dick Todd (Peggy); his sisters-in-law, Juna Todd, Karen Cost (Bill) and Joy Barnes (Rick); and his close friend Chris Goebel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
