He is survived by: his wife Sharon England; his daughters, Sarah Amick (Scott), North Royalton and Rebecca Pickels (Logan); his granddaughters, Sadie, Samantha Amick, Makenzie and Alexandra Pickels; his mother-in-law Gene Kurz; his stepmother Carol England; and his siblings-in-law, David Good, Diann Thompson and Sondra Burgess (Jeff). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
