He is survived by: his wife Pamela Karnes; his children, Danielle Hicks (Jason) and Bradley Karnes (Michelle LaPrad); his grandchildren, Bella Karnes, Hanna Karnes, Landon LaPrad, Maddox LaPrad and Hudson LaPrad; his sister Jan Long (Byron); and his nephew Brent Long. He is also survived by numerous cousins, family, and friends.
