He was predeceased by: his parents, June Blanton (Glazer) and Charles Henry Goerlitz; and his grandmother Grace Goerlitz. He is survived by: his wife Diana Blanton (Valdez); his sons, Charles James Blanton and Sean Blanton (Kristen Stevens); and his granddaughter Charlotte Stevens-Blanton.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Dwayne R. Spence Funeral Home - Pickerington (550 Hill Rd N, Pickerington, OH 43147). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
