He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Horn and Lorene Van Horn. He is survived by: his wife Jan Van Horn; his sons, Drue Van Horn (Rebecca) and Joel Van Horn (Leslie); his grandchildren, Irelyn, Killian, Rowan and Ellen; and his siblings, Keith Van Horn and Denise Hoghe. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
