She was predeceased by: her husband John Pope Salrin; and her parents, Edson Forsythe and Rosemary Forsythe of Lancaster, Ohio.. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Stitzlein (Nathaniel) of Baltimore, Ohio and Michael P. Salrin of Columbus, Ohio; her brother Mark Forsythe (Mary Ann) of Vermilion, Ohio; her niece Cindy Bennett (John); and her nephews, Scott Forsythe (Lynn) and Steven Forsythe (Aimee).
