She was predeceased by: her son William Gemperline; her husband Raymond Gemperline; her brother Raymond Bourgholtzer Jr.; and her parents, Raymond "Doc" Bourgholtzer Sr. and Lyda Kingrey.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Calabrese (Marty), Richardson, Joseph Gemperline (Debra) and Amy Havens-Lower (Chuck Lower); her grandchildren, Nicole Hall (Bryan), Jennifer Hughes, Adam Gemperline, Chelsie Slatter, Raffaele Carnevale (Elle), Brody Havens and Max Havens; and her close friend Charlene Weaver. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
