He is survived by: his wife Jean Marks (Groves); his children, Jeanie Skaggs (Larry), Teresa Rutledge (Don), Vernon V. Marks (Tina) and Vallerie Senig (Chuck); his grandsons, Donald Rutledge Jr. (Alyssa) and Cody Senig; his great grandchildren, Brody Rutledge, Drake Rutledge, Peyton Rutledge and Aubrey Senig; and his sister Geraldine.
