It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell H. Butler of Philo, Ohio, born in Mount Sterling, Ohio, who passed away on July 27, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his fathers, Harold Butler and Robert Browning; his wife Delores Butler (Newman); his children, Tammy Constable, Jeff Butler (Kamala) and Rusty Butler (Shelly); his grandchildren, Miranda Brewer (Matthew), John Constable III (Brittany), Megan Berry (Josh Gallagher), Kayla Williamson (Kyle), Travis Butler (Haley Howard) and Cody Butler; his great grandchildren, Mason, Miles, Skylar, Emma, Mya, Lucy and Eva; and his sisters, Nancy Newman (Donald) and Norma Jean Redman.
