He was predeceased by: his mother Saundra K. Faulhaber (Brown). He is survived by: his father Robert J. Faulhaber of Zanesville; his wife Cathy Faulhaber (Fouts); his daughter Rachel Faulhaber; and his sisters, Melissa Faulhaber and Jane Paul (Jeff). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
