He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul E. Chambers and Sally J. Chambers (Martin). He is survived by: his fiancée Nancy J. Neira; his siblings, Marilyn Chambers, Isaac Chambers and Mike Chambers (Jackie); and his nieces and nephews, Nikki, Tierra, Stephanie, Braylee, Brandon, Melissa, Shelly and Steven. He is also survived by great-nephews, and dear friends.
