She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cook and Hazel Marie Shearer Cook; her husband Jerry Keeley; and her sisters, Annabelle Turk, Willa Mae Corder, Jane Gray and Ruth Conrad.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Keeley, Martin Keeley (Diane) and Daniel Keeley (Vicki); her sister Evelyn Warner; her grandchildren, Shawn Keeley, Nathan Keeley (Alyssa), Marissa Keeley, Samantha Roberts (Zack), Jerry Weaver (Darlene) and Julie Weaver; and her great grandchildren, Jameson, Samantha, Gabrielle, Amelia and Chase.
