He was predeceased by: his parents, Quentin H. Martin and Helen G. Pollatz (MacLachlan); and his son James "Craig" Martin. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Martin (Bass); his daughters, Kelly Sims (Darla Tovar) of Zanesville and Jodi Warner of Philo; his grandchildren, Cory Hartman (Jessica Swiney), Cody Hartman (Tiffany), Wesley Moore, Stacy Swan (Paul), Nathan Martin (Jody), Kari Crist (Andrew), Amanda Tovar and Kristoffer Tovar; and his brother Richard "Dick" Martin. He is also survived by his five great-grandchildren.
