She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Samson and Dora Emma Samson (Buck); her former husband Roy L. Rutter; her grandson Brandon E. Peterson; and her brothers, Robert 'Bob Samson, Karl Samson and Vail Samson.
She is survived by: her husband Tire Shop; her children, Roy "Sonny" Rutter Jr. (Mary), Walter "Walt" Rutter, Roger Rutter, Larry Rutter (Holly), Joy Petterson and Virginia "Genny" (Richard); and her sisters-in-law, Peggy Samson and Phyllis Samson. She is also survived by her 22 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren and 36 great great grandchildren.
