He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Jenkins and Mamie Hern; his wife Elizabeth Jenkins (Jones); his sons, William Jenkins and Robert Jenkins; his grandson Rusty Mick; and his siblings, Winston Romine, Talford Romine, Curtis Martin, Ida Martin and Berniece Benjamin.
He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Snyder (Mike), Carole Miller (John) and Sherry Jenkins; his grandchildren, Angie, Robby, Billy, Donna, Julie, Dale, Justin and Kaylee; and his daughter-in-law Rhonda Jenkins. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Genesis Hospice in honor of Dale.
