He is survived by: his parents, Cindy S. McCormick (Jamie Matthews) and David McCormick (Ashley); his daughters, Delilah, Stella, Nova and Everleigh; his brothers, Dalton McCormick (Kendra), Mason McCormick and Garrett McCormick; his grandfathers, Danny McCormick (Margie Perine) and Jay Harvey; his great-grandparent Carol Blue; his grandparents, Emmett and Bib Frazier; the mothers of children, Kaleene Jett and Catelynn Taylor; his niece Gabby McCormick; and his nephew Dalton Jr. McCormick. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
