Mullins of Philo, Ohio, born in Bluefield, West Virginia, who passed away on July 7, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Mullins and Effie Mullins (Dillon); his wife Lena Mullins (Deeter); and his siblings, Eula, Darlene, Della, Ronnie and Donnie Mullins.

He is survived by: his children, Joshua Mullins, Jeremy Mullins and Jessie Faust (Dean); his grandchildren, Chloe Mullins, Cameron Faust, Riley Faust, Colt Faust, Joseph Bunfill and Seth Bunfill; his siblings, Nancy Charles (Jack), Ken Mullins (Jean), Dan Mullins, Sam Mullins and Lynn Mullins; and his aunt Connie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
