Foster of Philo, Ohio, born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away on February 12, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Addison M. Foster and Betty L. Foster (Thomas); and his brothers, Larry and Rock Foster. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Elston (Dean); and his brothers, Daniel, Brett and Nathan.
