He was predeceased by: his wife Artie; and his parents, John Turner and Anna Turner. He is survived by: his son Jay Turner (Karen); his son-in-law Steve Tobias; his grandchildren, Joshua Tobias (Whitney), Melanie Meno (Ryan), Ada Turner and Joseph Turner (Karyn Sleppy); his great grandchildren, Ian of Leah, A. J., Karalyn, Riley and Sabrina; his siblings, David Turner, Martha Lloyd and Lois Wheeler; and his sister-in-law Norma Raiser. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Phillipsburg United Methodist Church.
