He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Prim and Doris Maxine Prim (Rudolph); and his siblings, Valerie Jones, Byron Prim and Randy Prim.
He is survived by: his sons, Eddie Joseph Prim (Jackie) of Arkansas and Jeremy Samuel Prim of Florida; his sisters, Melody Rike (Phil) of Englewood, Wanda K. Gilbert (Bill) of Florida and Lori Moyer (Ken) of Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Joshua Prim (Nikki), Jacob Prim (Anna), Landon Prim, Brooklynn Prim, Hagen Prim, Mark Digby (Ghada) and Jacob Digby; and his great grandchildren, Kynnlee, Jace-Lee, Hunter and Anleigh Kate Prim. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Ohio's Hospice of Miami County (P.O. Box 502, Troy, OH 45373) for the tremendous care and hospitality they continuously showed Jerry and his family.
