He is survived by: his wife Tracy Mayo; his son Clinton Mayo; his stepchildren, Jansen, Jillian Clack, Jerrod, Lauren Clack and Mindy Cockerham (Jason); his grandchildren, Evelyn, Chance, Jansen, Edyn, Ellyson, Caitlin and Braden; and his siblings, Deborah Kremer (John), Ralph Mayo (Anita Riegelsperger), Denise Lee (Rick), Timothy Mayo and Teresa Amspaugh (Scott).
