It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neil Edward Rupp of Pettisville, Ohio, who passed away on November 9, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Wayne Rupp. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Rupp; his wife Faith Rupp (Gnagey); his children, Danielle Rupp, Jeremy, Becca Rupp, Sam and Alisha Wacker (Rupp); his granddaughters, Elizabeth Rupp and Naomi Rupp; and his siblings, Yvonne (Rich), Keith (Linda) and Karen (John).

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be given to Helping Hands Unlimited (Memo: Home of Hope) or Defiance Area Youth For Christ.
