He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth L. Fenner and Ruth E. Fenner (Carncross); and his wife Judith L. Thomson. He is survived by: his sisters, Mollie Fenner (Gary Baur) of Florence and Denene Messinger (James) of Virginia Beach, Virginia; his sisters-in-law, Pamela Yoder (Michael) of Clarklake and Sandra McManus (Harold Menke) of Phoenix; his daughters, Renee Wohlfarth of Hendersonville and Rebecca Fenner (Dennis Wright) of Pettisville, Ohio; and his granddaughters, Deanna, Lucretia and Vania Wohlfarth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
